2504554 - Multi stage permission issue

The customer claims for a particular status, the Candidate is able to view all the fields.

The instance is Multistaged and for that particular status there was no permission granted to the candidates.

This is an issue with the configured permissions - The one particular status that the candidate is able to see all fields has not been permissioned (read/write) any Operator.

In Multi stage environment:

For any status in the pipeline, you need to configure what fields permissions should be implemented for certain roles.

If you have not defined any permission in the Requisition xml for any fields for the particular status, then when the candidate is moved to the status they will be able to see all the fields in that status.

This is because we are not telling the system what it should show to the Candidate/Operator and thus making all fields visible by default.

It is good practice to configure permissions for all the status in the Pipeline for a multistage enabled instance.
