2504557 - Sales Area Data Determination Is Not Defaulted In Activities

Sales area data determination is no defaulted in Activties without accounts.

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Go to the Activities Work center.
2. Go to the Appointments view.
3. Open appointment ABC.(ABC represents appointment without account)

Sales Data is not being fetched from employee responsible

NOTE: This happen with other activities as well like Appointment, Phone Calls, Tasks

We currently only trigger the defaulting of Sales Area Data when both an Employee and Account are selected.

 

The ability to trigger the defaulting of Sales Area Data without an Account will be supported in future releases.
