2504601 - Message "The entity is either completed or not accessible" when clicking on a Direct Link to a survey

Users may see this message when clicking a Direct Link to a survey.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

1. Attach a survey to a Scheduled Offering
2. Once the Scheduled Offering is closed: note the Initiate Evaluations button in the scheduled offering's Actions menu is grayed out.
   
   
   
   
3. Ask a user to click the Direct Link to the survey linked to that Scheduled Offering.
4. The user will see this message.

This is an expected behavior of the system.

Once the Scheduled Offering is closed or inactivated, the system will not allow initiating the survey anymore and clicking a direct link to the survey will display this message.
