Reproducing the Issue

  1. Relate a survey to a class >
  2. Once the class is closed, note the "Initiate Surveys" button in the class's "Actions" menu is grayed out >

  3. Ask a user to click the survey's direct link related to the class >
  4. The user will see the message.

Cause

This is an expected behavior of the system.

Resolution

Once the class is closed or inactivated, the system will not allow initiating the survey anymore and that message will be displayed when clicking on the survey's direct link.
