2504671 - SAP Fiori Launchpad Theme impact on WebGUI

Symptom

SAP_BELIZE_DEEP theme look is imitated instead of SAP_BELIZE for SAP GUI for HTML (WEBGUI) in SAP Fiori Launchpad.

After rebuilding a custom theme and building a new theme, and implementing SAP Note 2476553 and SAP Note 2481047, the result is the same.
