2504685 - Error 06414 and C2087 when setting network order

Symptom

When setting an old network order to system status TECO, the system is issuing error 06414 "With multiple act. assgt., enter distr. ind. and partial invoice ind." and C2087 despite the purchase requisition does not have multiple account assignment specified.
