2504756 - Getting web service call error when running realtime service

Symptom

  • Getting the below error when web service request is sent in via SoapUI.
  • "Web Services is unable to process the request to call real-time service <JOB_NAME> using Access Server <SYSTEM:PORT>. Error: Server sent back error: Communication Error. See real time job log for details."
  • Access server shows : Flow became invalid during waiting for request (BODI-300137)
  • Realtime service is correctly deployed in Data Services Management Console and is started.
  • IPS and DS is installed on a Linux box with client on Windows.
