2504772 - SMP - All application nodes are inaccessible

Symptom

  • All SMP application nodes became inaccessible from clients without making any changes. 

  • SMP logged following errors repeatedly:

  • The following error was logged in Windows Event Viewer:

    Error:vagent_1844 Venafi Agent Library: URL authorize/newsession, received "Unauthorized (401) - Not authorized for Client+Default:11:179"
