2505025 - KM Startup Error 'allowListNamespaces'* is not supported

• When you go to System Administration -> Monitoring -> Knowledge Management -> Component Monitor -> Services you can see the following error:
  Startup Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Attribute 'http://sap.com/security/hardener/xml/properties/entities/allowListNamespaces'* is not supported
  
  
• Corresponding error in the Default Trace file is:
  
  RuntimeException writing response: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sapportals.wcm.service.pipeline.IPipelineService.getXmlParser() of a null object loaded from local variable 'pls'
  or
  [EXCEPTION]
  java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sapportals.wcm.service.pipeline.IPipelineService.getXmlParser() of a null object loaded from local variable 'pipeline'
  
  
• As the pipeline service is responsible for both the rendering of XML Forms and WPC Web Pages, you will also see the following resulting side effects - 
  
  XML Forms failing to display and instead the error message 'Resource cannot be displayed with XMLResourceRenderer' being returned to end users
  
  Existing Web Page Composer (WPC) pages showing 'Portal Runtime Error'
  
  Attempting to create new WPC Content may return the error message 'Could not run this iview; contact your portal administrator for assistance' -
