2505169 - RZ70 / SM59 fail with message "ERROR: hostname 'xxx' unknown"

Symptom

While running transaction RZ70 to push data to System Landscape Directory (SLD) or running Connection Test for SLD_UC in SM59, the following error message returns:

"ERROR: hostname '<host name>' unknown"
