Symptom
"User **** does not have a time account with time account type ****" error message is noticed in Time Sheet UI, or under Time Alerts tab under Administer Time, or from Admin Alerts.

Environment
Successfactors - Employee central
Reproducing the Issue
- Time Sheet UI
- Navigate to timesheet page of the employee
- Add entries for a day
- Click on save and error occurs
- Administer Time
- Navigate to Administer Time of the employee
- Go to Time Alerts tab
- Then you see te error message displayed
- Admin Alerts
- Navigate to Admin Alerts
- Select the corresponding alert type under Time Management
- Filter for the employee
- Then you will see the error message shown
Cause
There is a Time Account Type for Time off in Lieu or Working Time Account assigned to the time profile
But the Time account is not yet created.
Resolution
Navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Time Off Calendars -> + New Calendar > Account Creation > Specifly the Name, Time Account Type, Start Date, End Data, and Run Date. > Save.
