2505306 - How to Hide/Enable Time Accounts on Time Account Overview in ESS

Want to hide or enable the time account in time account overview within ESS.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Go to the time ESS of and notice that there may time accounts visible that you wish to hide or that want to make visible.

To HIDE the time accounts within the Time account overview portlet.

1. Navigate to the job information of the employee and get the time profile assigned.

2. Navigate to time off sturtucres>time profile> the assigned time profile.

3. Select the time account type you wish to hide, in this example we will make the Vacation invisible.

4. Select Details>To hide time account change the field Hide Account Balance to YES and click done and then save.

5. Navigate to the time off ESS portlet and select the 'i'icon again and notice that the vaction time account is not visible in the time off overview.

To make the time account visible within the overview carry out the steps from 1-4 and set the Hide account Balance field to NO and the account will appear.
