2505361 - Sales Quote is not appearing in Project Document Flow

Symptom

Sales Quote is not appearing in Project Document Flow however it is available in the Sales quote assignment section.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Project Management work center.
  2. Go to Projects view.
  3. Show All Projects.
  4. Find XYZ (XYZ represents the project ID)
  5. Click Edit - Project Plan.
  6. Go to the Sales Tracking tab.
  7. Go to Document Flow  subtab.

Cause

Technically there is no any reference between the Project and Sales Qoute, Project documents flow is the mirror object of Sales Order document flow.

After releasing a Sales Order the Sales Quote will be show in the Project document flow as well as in the Sales Order document flow.

Resolution

System works as designed.
