2505436 - Active component must exist when getting interface controller - WDRuntimeException

Some critical Web Dynpro applications cannot be started after AS java restart.

In default trace files the following errors has been reported :

(Hint: Have you forgotten to create it with createComponent()? Should the lifecycle control of the component usage be "createOnDemand"?)

com.sap.engine.services.deploy.exceptions.ServerDeploymentException: Application sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~ui~startnstop~wd cannot be started. Reason: it has hard reference to application sap.com/tc~lm~aci~engine~ny-app, which is not active on the server because  application fails to start with errors. Contact component owners to investigate the problem with application sap.com/tc~lm~aci~engine~ny-app.

com.sap.engine.services.deploy.exceptions.ServerDeploymentException: Application sap.com/tc~lm~aci~engine~ny-app cannot be started. Reason: it has hard reference to application sap.com/tc~lm~aci~engine~sapctrl~itsam~wsproxy, which is not active on the server because  application start is disabled from application settings..
