2505452 - Lumira Server Running with errors

Symptom

  • Lumira Server is reportedly "Running with errors" when viewed through the Central Management Console (CMC) -> Servers
  • Web Application Container Server (WACS) may also display the same behavior
  • After setting the Lumira Server's TraceLog value to High and attempting to start the server, any of the following error messages can be found in the trace logs:
    (note:  the numbers at the end of the messages, e.g. LifeCycleManager.java:262 in the second section below, might change slightly from version to version)

  • Logging in to Lumira Desktop / Discovery client gives the following error:
    Unable to find servers in CMS <HOST>:6400 and cluster @<CLUSTER>:6400 with kind pjs and service TeamServerPJSService. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
