Symptom

  • The Inventory Optimization (IO) operator completes successfully but Recommended Safety Stock is 0.
  • Target service level won't display when trying to view in excel (i.e. the value is NULL).
  • You have loaded the target service level data via the SOURCECUSTGROUP master data type.
