2505465 - JCO.TimeoutChecker causes high CPU

Symptom

A high CPU usage is observed for a NW AS Java process (e.g. jstart) at Operating System level.

A SAP JVM Profiler is collected following SAP Note 1783031, and it was identified that the thread using most part of CPU is JCO.TimeoutChecker.
