2505562 - warning: Invalid value for xxx (ID-103052) when enter a value for a characteristic in new lines

When enter a value for a characteristic, for exmaple ABC in new lines, a warning message "Invalid value for ABC (ID-103052)"  is displayed.

Other possible error messages are:

No SID found for value XXX of characteristic XXX (XXX) -> see longtext

1. Open an input ready query in AO.
2. Enter a value for a characteristic in new lines.

For a characteristic, the setting "With Master Data" can be set in RSD1 or BW Modeling Tool to determine whether it has master data or not.
For example, the setting for characteristic 0COMPANY in RSD1:

   

• If the characteristic is set as "With Master Data", the entered value must exist in Mater Data Table, otherwise the warning message will be displayed.
• If the characteristic is not set as "With Master Data" and the entered value does not exist in SID table, the behavior can be controlled by RSADMIN parameter PLAN_ALLOW_NOT_EXIST_MEM:
  1.If PLAN_ALLOW_NOT_EXIST_MEM does not exist or the value is blank, the warning message will be displayed.
     For example, for characteristic 0COMPANY, the SID Table is /BI0/SCOMPANY.
    
  2.If PLAN_ALLOW_NOT_EXIST_MEM is set as X, the warning message will be not displayed. 

• For the characteristic "With Master Data", make sure the entered value do exist in Mater Data Table. Or select values from Value Help. RSADMIN parameter PLAN_ALLOW_NOT_EXIST_MEM won't take effect for this scenario.
• For the characteristic which is not set as "With Master Data", if you want to allow AO to create new members in case there is no value in SID table:
      1.Implement SAP Note 2132510 on ABAP server if it has lower Support Package.
      2.Set RSADMIN parameter PLAN_ALLOW_NOT_EXIST_MEM with value X via report SAP_RSADMIN_MAINTAIN in transaction SE38.
• For BW releases BW/4HANA or higher, BICS_NEW_MASTER_DATA is used instead of PLAN_ALLOW_NOT_EXIST_MEM. Note 2508938  contains more information about this.
• For SAP BW 7.40, there is a known issue about PLAN_ALLOW_NOT_EXIST_MEM which has been fixed in Note 2623944.
