SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

You can create ad-hoc reports to track details such as the list of completed activities, the achievements year to date, the total number of one-on-one meetings between employee and manager etc.

To generate the ad-hoc reports you need to have access to the Reports module in your application.

Currently, Continuous Performance Management has two types of ad-hoc reports:

• Continuous Performance Management
• Continuous Performance Meetings

You need to grant the Role Based Permissions for the various CPM fields that you wish to report on to the desired permission role.

Currently, you cannot select cross-group columns from unrelated entities to avoid erroneous reporting. You can select columns only from the same entity like Activity, Achievement, Coaching Advice, and Other Topic. However, you can use the Activity and Achievements entity for generating reports on activities that have been converted to achievements.

If you try to sellect columns from cross group tables, the fields will be greyed out:
