2505603 - How to Export the Material Flow of a Sales Order in Product Planning Details Screen

Symptom

Customer wants to know how to export the material flow of a sales order in product planning details screen.

Environment

SAP Business Bydesign All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Supply Planning work center.
  2. Select Products view.
  3. Show All and enterProduct XYZ.
  4. Click Open.
  5. In Supply and Demand List, select row with sales order ID XXX.
  6. Click Open Material Flow.

You expect that there is a way to export the content in the screen.

Cause

The Material flow is built 'on the fly' when Material Requirements Planning (MRP) runs and the data isnot persisted anywhere.Also all the underlying Business Object's participating on building this floware Live Cache based and hence Public solution Model (PSM) can not be released for the underlying business objects.Therefore, a PDI solution is not possible in this case either.

Resolution

This is a standard system behavior.
