A Fiori Launchpad related problem should be analyzed. SAP Support might ask to create an HTTP trace to have a record of requests and responses issued by Fiori Launchpad to do an initial analysis.
IMPORTANT: Since Chromium release 130, the option "Allow to generate HAR (with sensitive data)" must be selected for cookies to be present in the collected trace, as outlined in item 6.4 below. If the trace is provided without them, analysis of any issue that depends on cookies is not possible to be conducted.
