Symptom

Scenario 1:

"No valid entry in table RSTS".

Scenario 2:  When trying to activate DS, dump occurs:

>>Inconsistent user object DS <xyz> <source-system> for PSA <PSA Technical Name>
>>Error while saving DataSource <xyz> <source-system>
>>DataSource <xyz> could not be activated
