2506099 - Relay Server does not respond

Symptom

  • Relay Server status page (https://<Relay Server Address>/ias_relay_server/client/rs_client.dll/) does not respond when accessed through browser.
  • The IIS home page appears normally.
  • Windows Event log shows error:
    A worker process with process id of '3052' serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' was shutdown due to inactivity. Application Pool timeout configuration was set to 20 minutes. A new worker process will be started when needed.
