Previously, an e-mail notification was always sent to the users when the Performance Form was routed from one step to another.

You can now prevent sending such e-mail notifications to the users, before performing any routing actions by enabling Do not send document routing notification option.

How to enable Do not send document routing notification

1. Go to Admin Center. In the Tools search field, search for Route Form. The Route Document page appears.
2. The form search page allows you to locate forms. Perform a basic search or an advanced search to locate the form.
3. Once you have located the form, select the form and click Next.
4. Select an action under "How do you want to route the form?" and enable the "Do not send document routing notification" setting under Notification Options.
   
   
   
   
5. Once you've done that the Document Routing notification will not be sent to the user when the form is routed.

Important: when you are not manually routing the forms via Route Form, the only option to disable the document routing notification is by disabling the notification in Admin Center > E-mail Notification Templates Settings.
