Symptom

When accessing Log Configuration: Java, in path:
NWA -> Troubleshooting -> Logs and Traces -> Log Configuration you received the following message error:

“No connection to JMX. Check if application "tc~lm~webadmin~log_config~mbean_ear" has been started”
