2506386 - SAP Cloud for Customer and Gmail Extension Throws the Error Incorrect SAP Cloud for Customer Tenant ID

You have installed the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer and Gmail Extension but when you try to maintain your tenant ID to activate the add-in, you receive the error message "Incorrect SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Tenant ID. Please set your SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer tenant ID".

1. Install the Chrome Extension via https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/sap-sales-cloud-for-gmail/dpolpgcoaadhofccfkjdknifhofinflb?hl=en
2. After it has been successfully Installed, click on the Extension Icon in the Chrome Browser the top-right corner to start the add-in.
3. Maintain your tenant URL.
4. You receive the described error.

Your current licensing does not entitle you to the usage of this feature.

This feature is only active for customers with proper licensing for server-side integration (SAP Cloud for Sales, Enterprise Edition).

Please reach out to your SAP Account Executive if you would like to upgrade your system in order to use the Chrome Extension.
