2506388 - Initial Assignments and Retraining Assignments section is not visible in curricula edit section

When trying to edit the initial/retraining assignment details for curriculum, the initial/retraining assignment sections are not visible.

OR

After setting the requirement for content in curriculum, when admin tries to edit requirement for retraining in content of the curriculum in "update data for requirement for the curriculum",  admin can't see the field for retraining like "edit the items for the curriculum" in the requirement.

SAP Successfactors Learning

1. Log into HXM > navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Curricula >
2. Enter search criteria to find your curricula >
3. Click Search >
4. Click on the edit icon for the curricula you wish to edit >
5. Go to the Contents tab > click on Manage Contents >
6. Click the + button to search for the necessary entities to add to the curriculum >
7. After being added to the curriculum, to edit the entity, click on the Edit hyperlink >
8. In the editing wizard, the initial and retraining details missing

In the Entity Configuration for item, the below fields are not added:

• Initial Period
• Initial Number
• Initial Basis
• Retraining Period
• Retraining Number
• Retraining Basis

1. Inside Learning Administration, go to System Administration > Configuration > Entity Configuration >
2. Select 'Item' from the drop down >
3. Make sure that the below fields are selected to be 'Displayed':
• Initial Period
• Initial Number
• Initial Basis
• Retraining Period
• Retraining Number
• Retraining Basis
4. After that, click on Save.
