2506388 - Initial Assignments and Retraining Assignments section is not visible in curricula edit section

When trying to edit the initial/retraining assignment details for curriculum, the initial/retraining assignment sections are not visible.

OR

After setting the requirement for content in curriculum, when admin tries to edit requirement for retraining in content of the curriculum in "update data for requirement for the curriculum",  admin can't see the field for retraining like "edit the items for the curriculum" in the requirement.
