Users do not receive notification that Job Requisition is Approved

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create Job Requisition and complete the approval process
2. Users receive no notification that Job Requsition has been approved

1. Document Completed Notification is not Enabled in Email Template Notification Settings
2. Users expecting to receive notification are not selected as Recipients

Enable Document Completed Notification:

1. Open Admin Center
2. Select Email Notification Template Settings
3. Enable Document Completed Notification
4. Select Job Requisition Form in Drop Down Menu

Select Recipients:

1. Select Recipients in Drop Down
2. Add extra recipients
3. Customize Settings for Form Templates
4. Select Additional Recipients

Note: If you want to deselect selected additional recipients, keep pressing control key and click to deselect additional recipients.
