2507195 - SMP 3.0 SDK SP12 PL05. Tab 'Client policies' "Fingerprint Allowed" fails

Symptom

In application id on the tab 'Client policies' activate "Enable Passcode Policy"
set "Minimum Length" to 10 and do not click on "Fingerprint Allowed".

Now make a first registration with a Kapsel based application, the logon page appears
and after email and password it demands a password of 10 length.

It also gives the option to activate fingerprint, which in case of activation will work then on the application.

So in general the client policy from SMP server will be used on the Kapsel application.
But only the minimum length parameter and not the fingerprint parameter.

Notice:
In Appconfig.js Fiori URL is set to True, so the local appconfig security restrictions are not working due to that.
