2507348 - WBS Element field not visible in MIGO Account Assignment

Symptom

-WBS Element field is not visible under Account Assignment tab in MIGO when posting details are entered in the Item Overview section rather than the Detail Data section.
-You try to post Goods Issue against Reservation using movement type 221Q in MIGO. WBS Element gets displayed in "Account Assignment" Tab, but WBS Element is blank in "Where" tab.
