Symptom

You use Grant Management and:

a) You post a document against an already posted document: For example post a Service Entry Sheet (SES) against the Purchase Order (PO)

or

b) You modify a document: For example a Purchase Order (PO)

You get error GRANTMGMT 204 - value type 'NN' for grant 'ZZZZ' does not exist
