2507404 - Missing the Net Amount Field in G/L Accounts - Line Items Report

You want to show Net Amount field in G/L Accounts - Line Items report, but cannot find it available.

1. Go to General Ledger work center.
2. Go to Reports view and List subview.
3. Search for report G/L Accounts – Line Items.
4. Choose the selection criteria you want to use.
5. Click on Go.
6. Go to Settings option.
7. Select Key Figures.

You cannot find Net Amount option in Available Key Figures.

This report does not show the Net Amount data. This is standard system behavior.

If you need this data to be displayed in this report, you can create a custom Key Figure and add it to the G/L Accounts – Line Items items. You have further instructions on how to create a Key Figure in the Help Document: Create and Edit a Key Figure, which can be found via Help Center.

After that, in the report tab, click on Add Fields button, in the tab key figures select the options you wish, then click on Ok.
