2507471 - Error When Adding Families, Roles and Corresponding Skills From SuccessStore - JPB

An error is displayed when creating Families and Roles using SuccessStore in JPB: "error happened"

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Navigate to "Manage Job Profile Content" from the Admin Center
   
   
   
   
2. Select "Familes and Roles" from the Drop Down;
3. Add Familes and Roles from Success Store;
4. PLEASE NOTE: the selected language on "Manage Job Profile Content" is "ENGLISH_UK":
   
   
   
   
5. Select your desired Family / Role / Then Select Add Role + Family;
6. We are then given the following Error:
   
   

• The root cause is becuase you are attempting to add Family and Role with the language as "English_UK";
• It is stated that all interactions with the SuccessStore must be performed when in Locale "English_US";
• By interaction, when adding any data or managing any data from the SuccessStore, you must change your locale currently in use to "English_US". 

Change the Language to English_US as below steps:

1. Click on Options;
2. Change Language;
3. Select "English US:
   
   
   
   
4. Change Language:
   
   

After the locale has been changed, go back to "Manage Job Profile Content";

You will notice that the locale in the Manage Job Profile Content has been changed to "English_US" as seen below:

When we then follow the same initial procedure, selecting our desired family/role then choose "Add Role + Family" we will be greeted with a confirmation "Selections Added" as seen below:

• Having changed your local from the main options menu you should have no further issues/errors of this nature when adding data from the SuccessStore. 
• PLEASE NOTE: as seen in the two screenshots below, change the locale from the "main Options menu" and NOT from the JPB interface language option, as below:
