2507546 - SAP Configuration Check error of downloading Note in DBA cockpit - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

  • System can't connect to SAP OSS, but you want to do "SAP Configuration Check" in DBA cockpit by clicking

Database SID -> Configuration -> SAP Configuration Check

   Got error:

K12      Error while downloading SAP Note 1539124

  • Tried manually uploading SAP Note 1539124 in t-code SNOTE still get same error.
