2507648 - Error in HANA Studio ''sapstartsrv' service not started, SAPControl request failed: Connection time out'

Symptom

You find there's an error or warning flag shows in System view, and the error messages probably like below.

SAPControl request failed: Connection time out: connect (local port xxxxx to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0 remote port 50014 to address <DB server Ip address> <DB Host name>
The local port number changes when you refresh.

And you may find the other services like daemon, nameserver and indexserver are running fine.
