2507685 - COM exception in Crystal Reports connecting to BW from SAP menu

• When creating a new report against a BW system in Crystal Reports from the SAP menu the following error is thrown:
  COM exception caught in CExtToolBar::GenerateNewTemplate(). HR = 0x80040154
  COM exception caught in CExtToolBar::InitOpenSaveDialog(). HR = 0x80040154
  COM exception caught in CExtToolBar::InitializeGlobalData(). HR = 0x80040154
  COM exception caught in CExtToolBar::InitializeGlobalData(). HR = 0x80004004
  
• The error may not appear when connecting to the same BW from a different client with the same Crystal version.
