2507728 - Cannot delete/edit recipients in Global Recipient Pool/ Recipient Lists because of a warning message

You are trying to delete or edit any recipient or recipient lists in Global Recipient Pool or Recipient Lists application. However, this cannot be completed because of the following warning "Parent Recipient List <list_name> is being locked by so can't be deleted".
