Symptom

  • In Process control for SOX assessments, SWN_SELSEN picks up the initial notifications to send out when the assessments are created. However, the reminders are not being picked up or sent. 
  • SWN_SELSEN not working for GRC
  • No reminders are sent in GRC
  • No reminders for workflow WS75900004
  • No reminders for task TS75900007
