Symptom

  • Error "PocoFoundation.dll is missing" is seen when attempting to start Universe Design Tool after an update of the product
  • If the client tools have been installed on the same server as the platform, ConnectionServer32 may also be in 'Failed' state in CMC (Central Management Console) -> Servers
