Symptom

  • The following error message appears when trying to open BEx Web Template from Web Application Designer:
    "You have no authorization to change the template. Do you want to create a copy?"
  • The end users have the authorization object S_RS_BTMP assigned with the activities: Display (03) and Execute (16).
