  1.  Admin Center
  2. Compensation Home > Select Template
  3. Plan Setup
  4. Design Worksheet
  5. Select the field > from the Column Alignment dropdown > select the preferred alignment

Note: Flags, Compa-Ratio, Range Penetration, Groups and Note columns are the exceptions to the alignment setting.
