Workflow is not triggering while changing data of n Phone Information and Email Information
Cannot Trigger a Workflow via Rule on Phone Information
There is no way to trigger a workflow if we are using the Rules Methodology

Currently, We do not support workflow in Phone Information and Email Information for both XML trigger way and Business Rule trigger way
However, we encourage you to submit an Enhancement Request to have this functionality considered within future development cycles – you can do this on our Customer Community Portal at http://community.successfactors.com/
