2508209 - The Comment Icon is Still Visible in the Supporting Information Pod, yet Ask for Feedback is Disabled - Performance Management

The "comment bubble" icon is still visible in the Supporting Information pod, even though Ask for Feedback has been disabled in Form Template Settings.

In Form Template Settings, Ask for Feedback functionality is disabled:

 As a Manager open the Performance Form and note the comment icon is still visible in the Supporting Information pod:

The comment icon is not exclusively tied to Ask for Feedback OR Notes and will be visible to Managers by default.

The "comment bubble" icon cannot be removed from the Manager's view of the Supporting Information pod by disabling either Ask for Feedback, or Employee Profile notes.
