2508222 - INTAX function is deducting higher income tax even when PAN is maintained

Symptom

When you run the payroll for any employee with a PAN number maintained in Infotype 0185 (Personal IDs), Subtype 02 (PAN Number), Income Tax deducted is still on the higher side. This issue is mostly seen with employees who have been terminated, but can occur for Active employees too.
