2508238 - Data Workbench Import for Activity Planner Items not Reflecting in the System

When you import data for the object Activity Planner Items using Data Workbench, the imported records do not reflect in the system.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Data Workbench work center
2. Select the Import view
3. Select the radio button Individual Object Activity Planner Items
4. Upload the file
5. Select Next and complete the Import

After the file is successfully imported the data is not reflected in the system.

There could be many reasons for this issue, one of the reasons could be due to Type Code mis-match mentioned in the template.

The expected Type Code is 01 where as the imported Type Code was 1 (without the preceeding zero).

This could have happened due to the preceeding zeroes for the Type Code was not retained while importing.

Format the Excel cell to retain zeros and you would be able to do a successful import.
