2508251 - The Request for Feedback email notification contains text that cannot be removed - Performance Management

Symptom

The Request Feedback Notification (triggered to a participant when Ask for Feedback is used) contains text and tags that cannot be configured on the template.

Reproducing the Issue

In the email notification, the highlighted text cannot be amended in Email Notification Template Settings:

Cause

  • The text and tag in the email notification is by design and cannot be amended.
  • The tag at the bottom of the email notification contains the code that links the email notification to the Performance form.

Resolution

  • In general, email notifications cannot be modified - only notification-specific supported tokens can be added/removed from notification templates.
