Send to Previous Step Button is not visible in Iterative Step

Reproducing the Issue
Open the form in Manage Templates. Go to General Settings and confirmed that the 'Enable Previous Step Button' option is already enabled.
Go to Advanced Setting and confirmed that the 'Enable form routing to previous step' option is also enabled. All the above options are enabled however, the 'Send to Previous Step Button' is still not visible in the form when it is in the Iterative Step.
Cause
The reason why the "Send to Previous Step" button is not showing in the Iterative / Collaborative step is because the user/s in the iterative / collaborative step was not defined as the 'Exit User' in the form's route map.
Resolution
The user needs to be configured as the 'exit user' in order for him to have the option to send the form back to previous step or route the form forward to next step.
