Reproducing the Issue

Comments provided in the field ‘Result’ is not showing in the PM form.

These comments are visible in the 'Edit Learning Activity' Pop up.
Cause
PM form currently does not support comments from learning activity.
In addition the form-layout in learning activity template is not supported in PM form.If the user has permission to view a field in Learning Activity template, the field will be shown in the Pop-up Window but not in PM form.
