2508389 - Enum type Support for all Goals Table (Sub-Goals) fields

The Enum Validation is not working for all the SubGoals fields. Different Sub-goals are Task, Target, Milestone, Comment, Metric Lookup Table.

These SubGoals do not have enum types, so it is an expected behavior.

The Enum types will not be supported for these Sub Goals fields during the implementation of the GM module.
