2508550 - Approvals not being initiated for externally created users

When external users are created through a site with an associated approval process, the approvals are not being initiated.

1. Set up a site in the environment to test various scenarios for external LMS users >
2. Create an approval process and configure it for external sites >
3. Register a user and observe that the approval does not appear in the Approvals section for the user with the required approval role.

The Set User Account Request Approval Process Automatic Process needs to be run to initiate the necessary approvals.

If after the Approval Role and Process are properly configured but the approvals are not getting triggered, please make sure that the Set User Account Request Approval Process Automatic Process is scheduled to run, which will then trigger the needed approvals.
