2508627 - Contact Center System Configurator import: "AccessDeniedException" error

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • Automatic Out Bound Campaign Import is raising some errors.
  • The same could happen when importing any other objects like "User", "Directory Entries", "Queues", "Skills", "Presence", "Calendar" and "OB blocked numbers"
  • System Configurator logs is capturing the following errors:
